Are outlet pieces the same quality as the main women's collection?

Exactly the same. The leather, the lining, the hand-stitching and the finishing all match what you would find in our current full-price collection. Nothing in our outlet was made specifically for sale: every glove originally launched at full retail price.

Can outlet women's gloves be returned or exchanged?

Outlet purchases can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the gloves are unused, undamaged, and accompanied by their original tags and packaging. The customer covers return shipping. The same applies whether the order is at outlet or full-price.

Why is the selection of sizes more limited than in the regular collection?

Each outlet glove represents the last pieces produced for that style. Mid-range women's sizes (7 / S and 7.5 / M) tend to be the first to disappear. If a size you need is unavailable, the style cannot be reproduced: it has been discontinued.

Are extra discounts ever available on outlet gloves?

Outlet prices are permanent reductions from the original retail price and generally not eligible for further promotional codes. One ongoing exception: combining any outlet glove with at least one full-price item in the same order applies a further 10% discount on the outlet pieces. Free shipping in Europe is included on all orders.
