What are the conditions for returning outlet purchases?

Returns are accepted within 14 days from delivery, on the condition that the gloves are unworn and in their original packaging with all tags attached. The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

Why are some sizes already missing on certain styles?

Outlet stock represents final pieces from previous production runs. The most common men's sizes (8.5 / M, 9 / L) typically sell out first, leaving extreme sizes available longest. If your size is not listed for a glove you want, it is no longer available and will not be reordered.
