Why are these gloves in our outlet?

Outlet gloves are end-of-line styles, surplus colours from past seasons and final pairs of limited collections. They are the same products that sold at full price in previous seasons, now offered at a reduced price to make space for new arrivals.

Are outlet gloves the same quality as full-price gloves?

Yes. Every pair in our outlet is cut, stitched and finished by hand in Naples following the same process used for our current collections. There are no outlet-specific lines or simplified versions: each glove was originally produced for our full-price catalogue.

Can I return outlet gloves?

Yes. Outlet gloves follow the same return policy as full-price products: 14 days from delivery to return unused gloves with original tags attached. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Why is size availability limited?

Outlet pairs are final stock, not restocked once sold out. Some sizes may already be unavailable for a given style. This is expected: each outlet glove represents the last pieces of a previous production run.

Can I combine outlet prices with discount codes?

Outlet prices are already reduced from full retail. Promotional codes generally do not apply on outlet items, with one ongoing exception: when you add at least one non-outlet glove to your order, a 10% extra discount is automatically applied to the outlet items. Free shipping in Europe is included on all orders, outlet or otherwise.
