Why choose bespoke leather gloves?
Gala Gloves bespoke women's gloves represent one of the highest expressions of the Neapolitan glove-making tradition: a meeting between artisanal craftsmanship, sartorial precision and personalised fit, declined for women.
The hand measurement
The process begins with the careful measurement of palm circumference, finger length and wrist width. From these proportions our artisans draft a pattern designed to follow the hand naturally, delivering a comfort that standard sizes can rarely return, especially for slender hands or less common proportions.
Handmade construction
Each pair is cut, stitched and finished by hand in Naples by master glovers. Production takes around three to four weeks: leather selection, assembly of the pieces, finishing and final shaping. Every pair passes through the hands of different specialists from the Neapolitan tradition: the cutter selects the best sections of each skin, the stitcher assembles with invisible precision, the finisher shapes the completed glove so that it drapes beautifully on the hand.
Rare leathers and refined linings
The leather selection includes some of the rarest materials in glove-making: peccary for its distinctive grain, deerskin for the softness that improves over time, carpincho for the rarity of the South American capybara. Linings in pure cashmere accompany the colder seasons with warmth and lightness; silk, finer, suits mid-seasons and the most elegant occasions. Natural fur is also available for the coldest months.
For those who choose bespoke
Bespoke women's gloves are an investment in a personal, elegant and lasting accessory. For those who do not find full comfort in standard sizes, or who want a truly precise fit, bespoke offers an exclusive solution: a glove that adapts to the hand like a second skin, accompanying every gesture with naturalness and refinement.
