Withdrawal from the contract

If you purchased as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason. Fill in the form below: you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email, with your case number and the instructions for returning the goods.

The cost of returning the goods is at your expense, as stated in the terms of sale. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of their return shipment, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
