Beyond the ancient Roman roads, Naples is also a city of narrow alleyways with imaginative names. Paradisiello, small paradise, is one of them: 150 steps of volcanic rock leading to a panoramic viewpoint above the city. This glove is built on that image of two surfaces meeting: one below, one above, one direction.
Lambskin nappa on the palm, worked entirely by hand for softness and precision; a Holland & Sherry merino wool panel on top for texture and warmth. The bilateral contrast between leather and wool is the defining form choice of the design. Touchscreen-compatible palm for use without removing the glove. Fabric-covered button snap at the wrist. Brown.
