Among the narrow streets of Naples are often hidden wonders that seem to be nestled between the lowlands and the main roads, as in a detailed Nativity scene, to catch the gaze of travelers. Located in Via San Liborio, for example, there is Palazzo Trabucco with its magnificent stairs and able to rise up with its five floors almost demonstrating a great example of authentic eighteenth-century architecture. The first building dates back to the 17th century, while the renovation took place after the earthquake of 1732, making it one of the most majestic examples of Neapolitan Baroque that precedes the Rococo, thanks to the architect Nicola Tagliacozzi Canale
these ancient and romantic buildings, representing the true heart of Naples, always a profoundly baroque city, in its atmospheres, in its fullness and voids expressive in every possible way.
We wanted to dedicate one of our creations to an extraordinary example of Neapolitan architecture, as this model that joins the two sides of the glove with zig-zag stitching recalls the steps of the old eighteenth-century palaces in the historic center of Naples.
