Anna und Raffaele Muscariello.

In Neapel lernen Geschwister mit Geduld und Sorgfalt die Kunst des Handschuhmachens. Anna wird Mutter von sieben Kindern, und sie wird das Handwerk an alle weitergeben.

1964

Gaetano Pellone.

Eines von Annas sieben Kindern beschließt, das Handwerk weiterzutragen. Gaetano eröffnet seine eigene Werkstatt, mit Mut und Geduld. Bis heute betritt er sie jeden Tag.

1990

Alessandro Pellone.

Gaetanos zweiter Sohn übernimmt das Unternehmen. Er gibt der Marke einen neuen Namen: Gala Gloves, aus den vier Buchstaben der Familie. Gaetano, Antonietta, Lorenzo, Alessandro. Vater, Mutter, Bruder, Sohn.

The opening to international markets is Alessandro's quiet contribution. The United Kingdom comes first, and is the brand's home for years. Then France. Then Japan, where, today, our gloves find some of their most attentive readers.
